2017 Net Promoter Score

We are pleased to share with you the Net Promoter Score (NPS) results from the recent survey completed by clubs. Based on the responses of 19 participants, we received an NPS rating of 44 (up five points from last year).

The NPS is based on a scale from 100 to 100, based on how likely customers are to refer a company’s products and services to others. Some of the companies with the highest NPS ratings are Tesla at 97 and Apple at 89. We compare favorably against well-respected brands, such as Google at 50, Intel at 52, and Microsoft at 34.
